PHASE 4: POST CONSTRUCTION

Although many contractors believe they can finish a job and walk away, we feel that the close out of a project is one of the most critical steps. You will receive all the documentation from the project including as-built drawings, operations manuals, and balance reports. In addition, we will provide you with the training you need to properly understand how your new system works, and the steps you need to take to keep the system running properly. After the warranty period is complete, our service department will present several methods to provide the long term maintenance your new equipment requires.
