Our primary objective is to satisfy our clients by providing superior services in the design and construction of cleanroom systems and facilities. We provide a turn-key solution with our four phase program which includes planning, pre-construction, construction, and post-construction services.
As our client we will assist you in planning your new cleanroom. We understand the significance of the investment you plan to make and we will provide you with the data you need to make a wise investment decision. Through proper planning we can help you sort through possible alternatives until you feel satisfied our solution meets your needs.
Creativity and ingenuity are our key ingredients for success. We will listen to your requirements to control humidity, bacteria, and dust particles and begin the process of developing a solution. We are able to perform a variety of analysis to determine the best type of facility for your application, while still meeting your budget and time constraints. If you need a cleanroom, you've come to the right place!
PHASE 2: PRECONSTRUCTIONQAC will be responsible for the design and engineering of your cleanroom. Our Licensed Professional Engineers are capable of designing to Boca Building Codes, American Disabilities Act, Clean Air Act of 1992 Standards, Federal Drug Administration - Good Manufacturing Practices, ASHRAE design standards, ISO 9000 guidelines and other recommended design guides. In addition, our engineers compliment their technical abilities with a practical and common sense approach which has developed from their vast construction experience. We realize the success of the project will be dependent on the care and diligence we take in ensuring our design is technically functional and practical.
QAC has experience designing very specialized cleanrooms for many different environments, including applications for the semiconductor, biomedical, and pharmaceutical industries. We have also strong relationships with outside engineering firms to assist us with electrical, structural, and architectural designs when needed. Constant feedback and open communication are the cornerstone of our design process to ensure a timely and cost effective solution. All engineering designs and contract drawings are produced with Computer Aided Design as can be seen in the accompanying picture.
Your contract can be customized to meet your needs, whether you want a fixed price, cost plus, or unit prices, we will provide you will a schedule of values so you will know exactly what you are paying for on a month by month basis.
The finalized plans, budget and schedule will be turned over to our operations department for installation. During the transition, a member of our design team works closely with our managers to ensure a smooth transition, and through the experience of transitioning more than 30 projects a year, this process is considered routine. The operations division is responsible for establishing regular project meetings, establishing our Safety and Quality Control Programs, and scheduling the subcontractors and suppliers on the project. It will be operation's responsibility to ensure you are a satisfied client when the project is completed.
QAC manages its projects with attention to you, our client. Our goal is to respond to your needs on an ongoing basis in a professional and timely manner. Our Project Management team is trained to meet schedules, budgets and the highest quality standards in the industry. Our people are taught to use technology to our advantage - from designing and drafting to scheduling and billing, our systems are designed to speed up the process. As an example, all our Field Supervisors have laptops and are able to electronically communicate with our home office via modems.
Our goal is to keep you fully informed on every aspect of your cleanroom including the project schedule, cost accounting, coordination issues, and the precautions we are taking to ensure the safety of every person. Every project will have a Project Manager, Field Supervisor, and Engineer assigned so there will always be someone available to meet your needs.
Although many contractors believe they can finish a job and walk away, we feel that the close out of a project is one of the most critical steps. You will receive all the documentation from the project including as-built drawings, operations manuals, and balance reports. In addition, we will provide you with the training you need to properly understand how your new system works, and the steps you need to take to keep the system running properly.
For the first year, or as determined by contract, QAC will guaranty our work and ensure your new system is working properly. After the warranty period is completed, our service department will present several methods to provide the long term maintenance your new equipment requires.
In addition to our cleanroom services we have expertise in process exhaust systems. We design air pollution control systems for manufacturing, laboratory and industrial processing applications which meet or exceed EPA requirements. We have experience with toxic gases, carcinogens, CFC's, solvent and chemical removal systems using absorption and scrubber systems. For corrosive resistant applications, we offer PSP ® (Perma Shield Pipe) which is installed in semiconductor facilities throughout the United States and abroad.
