QAC has developed clean rooms for the Electronics industry manufacturing processes from small single Photolithography rooms to large wafer fabrication facilities. Typical cleanliness classes range from ISO 7 to ISO 4 (Class 10,000 to Class 1).
A properly designed cleanroom is certified to class in many areas including cleanliness, particle size and count, temperature, humidity, light level, sound level, room pressure and airflow.
